At Minnesota Milk, we are committed to supporting a thriving, sustainable future for dairy farming. That's why we proudly partner with Farmers for Sustainable Food to empower farmers as they navigate their individual sustainability journeys. Together, we aim to identify practical, science-based solutions that benefit both the environment and farm operations. While we’re just getting started, we’re actively working toward launching programs that will provide farmers with the tools, resources, and support they need to make meaningful progress. Sustainability isn’t a destination—it’s a journey, and we’re walking it together.

Farmers for Sustainable supports Minnesota Farmer-Led Groups

As part of its commitment to farmer-driven conservation, Farmers for Sustainable Food (FSF) supports a number of farmer-led groups across the Upper Midwest — including right here in Minnesota. One such group is Driftless Area Ag Alliance, a collaborative of local farmers in southeastern Minnesota who come together to explore and implement conservation practices that benefit both the environment and their operations.

Several of our Minnesota Milk members are proud participants in the group. Their involvement reflects our shared values around sustainability, continuous improvement, and peer-to-peer learning within the dairy community.
